How video credits work
Choose a credit pack for the videos you want to make. A 10-second video uses 250 credits and a 15-second video uses 375 credits, for either Solo or three-person Squad. For example, the 375-credit pack covers one video at either duration; a 10-second video leaves 125 credits. Your remaining balance stays in your account for later eligible videos. Buying credits does not start a generation automatically: choose your photos, outfits and duration in the generator before submitting a job.
What to expect from a generation
Both modes create a vertical 9:16 video at 720p when the rendering service is available. Solo uses one portrait; Squad uses three separate portraits. Faces, outfits, camera movement and music are generated by AI and can vary between results. Reference clips show the original trend, rather than a promise of identical output. Follow progress in My Videos and preview a completed result there before downloading it. A queued or uncertain job is not a reason to submit and pay for the same request again.
Before you buy credits
These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Check the current duration and credit cost in the generator before you confirm. Only upload photos you have permission to use and obtain consent from everyone pictured. A confirmed generation failure may restore the credits used for that job; restoring credits is different from refunding a payment.
