Independent fan project
Independent fan-made tool. Not an official product or service. Ramalama AI does not claim official sponsorship, operation or endorsement. References to creators, the trend or music do not imply a partnership or permission to reuse third-party content.
Service scope
Ramalama AI offers a photo-based costume-walk experience. Solo and three-person Squad modes can submit generation jobs when the rendering service is enabled, the user is signed in and sufficient credits are available. Both modes offer 10-second (250 credits) and 15-second (375 credits) 720p videos, subject to model availability. Current specifications are shown in the generator.
Photos and music
Only use photos of yourself or people who have agreed to appear. Do not use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive others. Obtain the necessary permissions for any photos, costumes and music you publish.
Original trend reference clips are attributed to their creators and are not outputs generated by Ramalama AI. Showing them does not imply any endorsement or affiliation with TikTok, the creators or recording artists. Video generation may use an audio reference to guide AI-generated music. The output is not guaranteed to contain the original recording or an exact copy of the reference, and use of a reference does not establish permission to publish copyrighted music. Only publish audio for which you have the necessary rights.
Credits, checkout and fulfillment
The one-time credit packs are Single ($5.99, 375 credits), Creator ($9.99, 750 credits), and Pro ($19.99, 1,750 credits). A 10-second video uses 250 credits and a 15-second video uses 375 credits. Purchases can be made only when checkout is enabled, and credits are consumed only for eligible generation requests. A confirmed failed generation can trigger credit restoration; an uncertain job status does not mean a second submission is safe. Do not assume an instant delivery time, uninterrupted availability or automatic payment refund.
Accounts
Keep your credentials private and do not attempt to access other accounts or disrupt the service.
Refund and cancellation requests
Send refund, duplicate-charge or cancellation requests to support@ramalamaai.org with your order number and a brief explanation. You can also use the signed-in support tickets. Requests are reviewed individually based on the order, payment provider capabilities and applicable law. A monetary refund is not automatic; when a payment refund is approved and processed, the associated credits may be adjusted or revoked.
For a confirmed failed generation, an eligible video credit may be restored. Restoring a video credit does not mean the original payment was refunded. If the job status is uncertain, contact support before attempting a duplicate submission.
